ITEM 1748 Item 1748: Celebrating an engineering landmark, this cover was made for the famous Brooklyn Bridge; which was 90 years old at the time (1883-1973). The tribute was from the American Society of Civil Engineers in New York, and the cover has three (3) Centennial of Engineering US stamps. It was postmarked from N.Y. in 1973 with a special cancellation denoting the event, and has no mailing address, indicating it was not put into circulation thru the mail, but rather it was postmarked as a collectible.
